The LLC executive board has representatives from each major. Each board member will be  the advisor of that major.
 
The representatives serve for the following majors: Business, Government & Politics, Arts & Humanities, STEM majors, and Communication/Journalism. Their duties consist of having a broad knowledge of the major and their specific area of study.
 
The LLC executive board members are required to have a working network of women from whom they can contact for special events that  LLC will be hosting.
 
To become a member of Leading Ladies Connecting, interested persons must attend one organization meeting. LLC is looking forward to creating committees within the organization that members can apply to be apart of or lead.
